  • Stars player Rob Quinney was the first to care for the bird and feared evil as it lay motionless. He carefully carried it across the boundary line and placed it on the turf. Amazingly, after a few moments, the seagull came back to life, much to the delight of the crowd at the MCG. This heartwarming event led to the creation of Steven Seagal, adding another beloved mascot to the Melbourne Stars family.
  • Established to compete in Australia’s prestigious Twenty20 competition, the Big Bash League (BBL). The Melbourne Stars have made their mark as an integral part of this exciting tournament.
